Platform

From compliance to completion

Compliant exchange, controlled finance and tax-ready outcomes — alongside your ERP and authorised providers.

  • SAP, Tally and ERPNext connectors, plus client-specific connectors
  • Any GSP or ASP you run
  • TaxGenie, a GSTN-empanelled GSP — GST compliance since 2017
  • ISO/IEC 27001 certified

Different invoice stages are owned by different tools and teams

Your provider handles exchange. Your ERP keeps the books. InvoiceDX handles the exception in between: owner, rule, approval, permitted ERP action, confirmation. Two products today: InvoiceDX Control and InvoiceDX Command Centre.

InvoiceDX works with any GSP, ASP or ERP you run — keep them, or if you want to change one, we will recommend options. Connectors are listed in the Conformance centre with their scope and readiness. In India, InvoiceDX itself does not connect to the IRP or GSTN; IRP connectivity is provided through TaxGenie by Regime Tax Solutions — a GSTN-empanelled GST Suvidha Provider (GSP), in GST compliance since 1 July 2017 — or through your own GSP or ASP.

Financing is direction, not an offer: a verified invoice history that could inform financing decisions with your consent.

Who owns each stage of an invoice

Regulated exchange, accounting and filing each have an owner already. InvoiceDX owns the stages in between — and the evidence that connects them.

Invoice lifecycle by owner: your authorised provider issues and exchanges; InvoiceDX matches, resolves, approves, hands off and verifies; your ERP posts; your tax team reconciles and files.01Issue / receive02Exchange03Match04Resolve exception05Approve06Post to ERP07Verify08Reconcile & returnYour authorised providerGSP / ASP / plateforme agrééeValidated recordTransmitsInvoiceDXControl · Command CentreException → owner → rule → approval → permitted ERP action → verifiedEvidence retained at every step · tax-ready data handed to your filerYour ERPSAP · Tally · ERPNext · othersDocument arrivesPosts / holdsYour tax team / filerGSTR / VAT returnReconciles · filesRegulated exchange stays with your provider. Why not just use our ERP or provider?

Your existing systems remain essential. InvoiceDX helps close the gaps between them.

One invoice journey, five governed steps

Example: a supplier invoice from Sample Industries Ltd arrives with a quantity that does not match the goods receipt.

  1. 1 · Detect

    PO/GRN mismatch

Compare transaction facts and find an exception using supported rules and integration data.

  2. 2 · Understand

    AI-assisted triage

Explain the source, related documents, amount and likely next step; AI assistance where enabled in your deployment.

  3. 3 · Authorise

    DOA routing

Apply policy, DOA and segregation-of-duties safeguards before any sensitive change.

  4. 4 · Act

    Approved correction

Route an approved correction, ERP request or tracked manual task via permitted workflows.

  5. 5 · Verify

    ERP posting confirmed

Check the downstream state — not merely that an API request was sent — and retain resolution evidence.

Illustrative workflow — not a connected live transaction. Sample company names only.

Boundaries

  • Connectors are listed by readiness in the Conformance centre; an ERP not listed yet is connected through a client-specific connector scoped and tested with you.
  • Your authorised provider keeps its accredited exchange role as ASP, GSP or plateforme agréée; InvoiceDX works alongside it.
  • AI recommends. Authorised people approve. Payment execution and statutory filing stay with the systems and people already authorised to do them.
  • InvoiceDX is not a lender: financing, lending and trade finance stay with your bank or financing partner.
