Legal
Terms of use
These terms govern use of the invoicedx.ai website. They do not form a product or service agreement.
Who we are
invoicedx.ai is operated by Regime Tax Solutions Private Limited (CIN [CIN]), [registered office address] ("we"). By using this website you accept these terms. They govern the website only; any use of InvoiceDX products is governed by a separate written agreement.
Information, not advice
Content on this site — including the e-invoicing mandates register, country pages and the Invoice Resolution Lab — is general information and not tax, legal or accounting advice. Examples use synthetic data. Readiness statements describe InvoiceDX capabilities within their stated scope; a country's legal mandate never establishes InvoiceDX's availability. We check content carefully and date it, but rules change: confirm with your adviser before acting.
Using the site
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorised access, disrupt it, scrape it at volume, or submit unlawful, false or third-party personal data. Report security issues as described in /.well-known/security.txt.
Intellectual property
The site's content, design and the InvoiceDX name and mark belong to Regime Tax Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation; other reproduction needs our written permission. SAP, Tally, ERPNext, Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics are trademarks of their respective owners, used for identification only.
Links and availability
Links to authority and third-party sites are provided for reference; we are not responsible for their content. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on general information on this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [city — counsel to confirm] have exclusive jurisdiction. We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Last updated: [date of counsel approval].
