Privacy notice
This notice explains how Regime Tax Solutions, the controller for invoicedx.ai, handles personal data on this website.
Who is responsible
Regime Tax Solutions Private Limited (CIN [CIN]), [registered office address], operates invoicedx.ai and decides why and how personal data submitted through this website is processed. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary; under the GDPR and the UAE and Saudi personal data protection laws we are the controller.

What we collect, and why
When you request a demo or a scoped walkthrough: your work email, country and — only if you choose to add them — role, ERP, e-invoicing provider, the exception that matters most to you, timeline, organisation and phone number. We use them only to reply to your request, prepare a relevant demonstration and follow up about it.
Our basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box (unticked by default). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect processing already done.
Please do not enter invoice, taxpayer or customer data in the form. We do not use your data for automated decisions about you.
When you browse: our hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, browser and request details) to deliver and secure the site. Security logs are kept in line with CERT-In directions.
Where it is stored and for how long
Demo and walkthrough requests are delivered to our customer-relationship system hosted in India and kept for 24 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete them, unless a law requires longer.
Security and access logs are kept for 180 days in India, as the CERT-In directions require.
Who processes it for us
Website hosting and delivery: Vercel Inc. (global network; United States entity). Customer-relationship management: Zoho Corporation (India data centre). Bot protection on forms: Cloudflare, Inc. (Turnstile), when enabled. Each acts on our instructions under a written agreement.
Some of this processing can take place outside India. We transfer personal data only to countries not restricted by the Government of India and, for EU, UAE and Saudi visitors, with the safeguards those laws require.
Cookies and analytics
No analytics or advertising script loads on this site. Your answer to the consent notice is remembered in your browser so we do not ask again. If analytics is introduced later it will load only after your consent, and this notice will be updated first.
Your rights
You can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is processed; ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it; withdraw consent; and nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated. EU visitors also have rights of restriction, objection and portability; UAE and Saudi visitors have the rights their laws provide.
